Job Description

Provide and manage strategic and analytical support for company’s Talent Management Processes, conduct training and recruiting, performance appraisals, talent reviews, relocation, compensation and benefits, establish wages and hours. Interpret, update and maintain current regulations, industry trends, employment practices, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), employee handbook, organization chart and applicable HR related laws.

Qualifications and Skills

Master’s degree in Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field is required.
